All laboratory test samples are processed within 24-48 hours. Medical Review Services Safety First medical review services are provided at our corporate headquarters in strict compliance with SAMHSA/DOT regulations. Our Medical Review Officers are board-certified physicians with MRO certifications and experience. Centralized Billing, Reporting & Administration Safety First centrally administers and processes all billing and reports related to collection, testing and MRO services. Our clients receive only one monthly bill, which includes activity across all employee locations. Our pricing structure is based on a standard all inclusive per test fee.
